&lt;p&gt;800 meter run&lt;br/&gt;
15 overhead medicine ball throws&lt;br/&gt;
15 medicine ball chest passes&lt;br/&gt;
15 burpee to pullups&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Results:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;30:08. I think I used too light of a weight for the medicine ball (15lbs/20lbs) so I did an extra round afterwards with a 30&amp;#160;lb medicine ball, that took the gas out of the tank. Use the 30 the whole time during the next time I do this one.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Now going to go visit my family and blasting D.R.U.G.S. the whole way there. Late update today, work has been hectic! At any rate, today&amp;#8217;s workout was all willpower and speed.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;AMRAP in 20 minutes of:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;5 hop overs&lt;br/&gt;
10 walking lunges&lt;br/&gt;
15 situps&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Results:&lt;br/&gt;
When the time was up, I ended with 13 sets. The hopovers made me exert much more energy when jumping over the boxes cleanly versus the hop-step over. Highest in the class was 14, 16 for the day (all classes). Overall, decently happy with my results. Just need to keep with it. Bought 3 more months worth of classes to motivate me instead of just going month-to-month, and it was cheaper too!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As a side note, also went to my apartment&amp;#8217;s gym and did some chest and arms before work. &lt;p&gt;Result:&lt;br/&gt;
36 minutes. A little slower than I could&amp;#8217;ve done but I didn&amp;#8217;t want to run out of energy. Only a few ahead of me at 30-32 minutes. All in all, feel good about it. 0930 workouts are a different dynamic in comparison to my normal later day workouts. Being a nightowl is going to have to change.
