Today’s workout was all about endurance and keeping pace. Great workout, already sore.
For Time:
400 meter run
35 toes to bar
35 wall ball
400 meter run
35 kettle bell swings
35 chest clap pushups
400 meter run

Result:
36 minutes. A little slower than I could’ve done but I didn’t want to run out of energy. Only a few ahead of me at 30-32 minutes. All in all, feel good about it. 0930 workouts are a different dynamic in comparison to my normal later day workouts. Being a nightowl is going to have to change. More sleep, better results hopefully next time.

About to go workout even though I’m super tired. Worked 12-12 and did crossfit this morning before work. Here goes death.

So I’ve been having problems with my shins hurting while running (some people have told me its shin splints). So I went out to Big 5 and bought this. Highly recommend it. $20 and no more pain. McDavid Shin Splint Support. Dig it.
