Went to the school gym and played a couple of hours of full court basketball. Good cardio, played lots of D and tried to outrun the other team. Made 5 3’s and on the last shot, a sore loser decided to trip me, causing me to roll my ankle -____- bad sprain, can’t even walk on it. Iced it and looking forward to kicking his ass on the court again soon.
Finally back up and running..stupid blood blisters. Never playing basketball in normal shoes ever again.
Elliptical - 30 minutes. 4.41 miles. 589 calories.
+ 1 mile run and some lifting
Not a bad restart, tomorrow’s crossfit is going to be gnarly.. Death By Pullups.
Usually I take weekends off from working out and now I know why. Played basketball on Sunday for a few hours on the beach.. Ended up with a blood blister. Ouch! No crossfit for me today. Tomorrow is my 21st birthday..still gonna workout.

3 rounds for time:
800 meter run
15 overhead medicine ball throws
15 medicine ball chest passes
15 burpee to pullups
30:08. I think I used too light of a weight for the medicine ball (15lbs/20lbs) so I did an extra round afterwards with a 30 lb medicine ball, that took the gas out of the tank. Use the 30 the whole time during the next time I do this one.
Now going to go visit my family and blasting D.R.U.G.S. the whole way there. Life is good.
Today I was very tired when I woke up, and very drained. Decided to take the morning off and sleep. Ending up sleeping till 1PM! Definitely needed the sleep it looks like. I’ll probably workout tonight.

Good evening everyone! Late update today, work has been hectic! At any rate, today’s workout was all willpower and speed.
AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
5 hop overs
10 walking lunges
When the time was up, I ended with 13 sets. The hopovers made me exert much more energy when jumping over the boxes cleanly versus the hop-step over. Highest in the class was 14, 16 for the day (all classes). Overall, decently happy with my results. Just need to keep with it. Bought 3 more months worth of classes to motivate me instead of just going month-to-month, and it was cheaper too!
As a side note, also went to my apartment’s gym and did some chest and arms before work. May finish that workout tonight when I get off work, depending on my energy levels.
